72,000sf mix use building which houses retail, residences, and below grade parking. 8-story structural system includes cast in place concrete structure below grade with pre-cast concrete plank floors, rock and pile foundation bearing, structural steel superstructure with composite concrete floor decks above grade, and a lateral system that includes concrete shear walls and braced steel frames.
