Teton Springs Lodge – Victor, Idaho

The Teton Springs Lodge project consists of two phases. Phase one is a 57,000 sq.ft. three story hotel. This hotel is wood framed on a micro-pile foundation with grade beams, heavy timber porches and porte cochere. Phase two consists of 62,500 sq.ft. This phase is also a three story wood framed space. Phase two added a sky bridge which connects it to phase one.
