6,200sf new construction located in the heart of the Adirondacks. The structural system includes cast in place concrete foundations, retaining walls and radiant slab on grade, a hybrid framing system of native hemlock columns and timbers with engineered lumber and i-joists, structural steel columns and girders to support green roof, timber frame porches, and solar screening shed roofs.
