Topnotch Resort – Stowe, Vermont

The renovation of Topnotch began with protecting an original masonry wall during the deconstruction of the outdated wing. This wall was to be an integral part of the outdoor patio. Its impressive stature and history made it the perfect focal point to be enjoyed by those sitting fireside in the pergola.

Construction of the new registration, lounge, concierge, restrooms and restaurant; The Roost began in spring and was completed in fall. The addition was framed with steel columns, structural steel and TJI’s. Mountain views can be enjoyed through the glass curtain wall.
