72,000 sq.ft. mix use building proposed to house retail, residences, and below grade parking. The 8-story proposed structural system included cast in place concrete structure below grade with pre-cast concrete plank floors, bedrock and pile foundation bearing, structural steel superstructure with composite concrete slabs-on-deck above grade, and a lateral system that included concrete shear walls and braced steel frames.
