Pool House

Private Residence – Vermont

Engineered lumber was used for the stick frame of this pool house. Site walls for the new pool and fishing pond were established. Manufactured I-Joists with a concrete topping and radiant heat provide comfort to the main level. The building has a timber frame entry and screen porch. The large open space includes some architectural masonry and is clad in Barre granite.
