South Farm Homes – Hinesburg, Vermont

South Farm is a green community consisting of six homes (1,500 – 2,000 sq.ft each) with the coveted “net zero” stamp. A net zero home produces as much, if not more of the energy it uses over the course of a year. Each home is unique inside and out, yet they share many of the same features including geothermal heating, radiant concrete floors, triple pane windows, super insulated walls and roofs, building integrated PV solar panels and strategically south facing glass.
