14 Hudson Avenue – Glens Falls, New York

Located on a former surface parking lot, this 5 story Mixed-Use building provides more than 48,000 sq.ft of commercial space, 129,500 sq.ft of residential space spread among 87 units and 21,000 sq.ft of below grade parking. The framing is composed of concrete and steel podium slab for the lower floors with upper floors framed with wood trusses and wood bearing walls. Many of the recessed balconies are framed with steel and precast concrete slabs. A 67 ft tall mast adorns the street side of the building to provide signage.
