Union Ave Residences

The Residences on Union Avenue – Saratoga Springs, New York

Located a block from Saratoga’s historic Congress Park, this new multi-family residential project contains 26 units, spread across 5 buildings with an aggregate of 58,000 sq.ft. These 5 buildings were designed to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood and other historic homes along Union Avenue.

The main building provided nearly 50,000 sq.ft. and included a 31 space basement parking garage. Framed off of a concrete and steel podium slab, the main floors are framed with wood floors and wood bearing walls. The roof framing is comprised of a multi-pitched roof trusses and also included twin 31 ft tall chimney with an internal steel frame work.
