Weibel Avenue – Saratoga Springs, New York

The Springs on Weibel Avenue is a mixed use development on a 12 acre property. The development has twelve buildings which host 178 apartments, 24,ooo sq.ft. of commercial space as well as enclosed parking garages. A lush public green grounds the buildings. Construction began with a concrete slab on deck.  The first floor of each building has a steel structure. Following floors have wood bearing walls and floor trusses.
